There are 6 of us participating in this challenge and we are off to a good start with Theme #1, Personal Talisman.
I traveled to Haines, OR. this weekend and shot some nice photos, but nothing that really resonates as a personal talisman. Even though my friends there and the place itself has a very deep meaning for me, I am still looking for something....else.

Getting Started
We are an eclectic group of engineers and designers who work for DC Engineering in Meridian, ID We all have an interest in photography, a desire to learn, perfect our skills and master the art of photography.
In 2014 we are challenging ourselves to shoot a photo a week using a predetermined theme for the shot.
The challenge runs from Wednesday 12:00 am to Tuesday 11:59 pm. Photos must be received by 10:00 am on Wednesday, when the theme and photos will be posted and discussed by the group.
This is NOT a contest. We will all win by gaining knowledge and getting out there with our camera.
The challenge begins officially at 12:00 am, Wednesday, January 1, 2014.
